Our customers are the independent grocers and corner shops.
January Summary
Our only milestone we're working towards is to reach 1,000 orders.
Our numbers for the month of January are:
Something to celebrate🎉🥳: We received an order from someone we don't know who found us on Google 💪.
GMV: £209
# of orders: 13
Tech-stack cost: £56
Revenue: £0
# of stores (grocers): 1
Team: 1 full time 🙈- 4 part time
Salaries: £231
Help 🙏:
1- We need to find an effective way to hire sales people per day/on-demand to target grocers around London. If you can share an advice or your experience I'd be grateful.
2- We want to start working with contractors to make deliveries. Any advice or a resources regarding insurance or complying with UK law will be helpful.
Goal: To bring 46 new orders in Feb 🤾♂️(300% from last month).

Technology
There is a lot to work on. However, we want to focus on achieving the only goal, the 1,000 orders. Once the goal is achieved we will start looking at the current setup and decide what changes to make.
Business
The big question here is how to achieve 1,000 orders?
We still don't know 🙈but we set a plan to achieve it in 15 weeks.
We will try three approaches:
1- To distribute leaflets at train stations.
2- To offer £5 discount for people who are willing to make orders and give us feedback at places like Google campus.
3- We will test with farmer markets where we list their products and distribute QR codes around the market to allow people can buy online.
