How do we add more stores?
Next month
The focus next month on enhancing the order fulfilment process:
1- Move away from capturing the payment to authorize and capture. We’re paying a lot of fees for payments and refund 😓.
2- Enhance the way we prepare the order. Where the shopper (the person who is putting the order together) can adjust the availability of the order and reflect it to the customer. This point is contingent on the previous one. We’re doing it manually and customers are getting upset because their order is missing a lot of items.
